Limited Warranty
Digital Sound & Wheels, warrants its leather/vinyl interiors to be free from material or workmanship defects under intended and normal use and regular conditions, for a period of 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, and will cover just the first consumer. This warranty does not apply to failure of the product due to abuse, accidents, mishandling, unauthorized repair/alteration, or lack of professional installation. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover any consequential damages, losses, or expenses for loss of use, loss of profit or income, loss of time, or any other incidental damages arising indirectly or directly from a warranted claim involving of this product.
This warranty does not apply to claims for scratches, scuffs, tears, cuts, excessive or abusive wear, neither the use of unauthorized chemicals to use with leather; we only suggest the use of specialized leather maintenance products to clean and treat leather seat covers.
In the event of a warranty claim filed with our office (claim form required), Digital Sound & Wheels will inspect all leather seat covers and determine warranty validation.
Since some products like silicone based products or harsh chemicals can totally or partially destroy the surfaces of the leather, the use of such kind of substances will void the warranty.
The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to repair or replace with a similar product any defective merchandise at solely discretion of Digital Sound & Wheels, and we will not be held responsible for variations in color dye lots associated with any pre-authorized warranty claim.
All warranty claims should come with a preauthorization case number in the designed form.
Digital Sound & Wheels, does not authorize any third party to assume any partial or total warranty obligations in their behalf nor on Digital Sound & Wheels, behalf.
This warranty gives specific legal rights to the original consumer. Other rights may vary from state to state.
